well, i emailed them this thread link, but I got no response back. Planning to call tomorrow to see the status of my lip.

Ok so I'm super bored today.. I've been checking up on vendors on bbb.org.. they do have 1 resovled item showing up.. if you were to file a complaint it would "stick out" so maybe you should give that a try!

well I followed through with the BBB and filed the complaint. The case number is... BBB CASE#: 57084323 Thanks for all the support everyone. I hope that this case will be resolved and I will still keep this thread updated.

I'm sorry about this terrible experience but grateful for letting us know about the service you're getting from gruppe-s. I was about to place an order for the JDM rear bumper and a host of other parts from them today, but decided to come on here and research a bit. I'm glad I did. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I might receive a JDM rear bumper without the actual JDM part of it. Yay, I have 2 USDM spec rear bumpers.

Hope this clears up for you soon. You are still able to file a chargeback and do so. The credit card companies favor the cardholder heavily over the merchant and in many cases unscrupelous cardholders sometimes receive their money back. In your case you have an honest to goodness complaint because the product you received was not the product you purchased.

how nice of them... while im sitting here worrying about my lip, Randy and KG(jdm parts guy) is off on vacation. I just got off the phone with Eric and got all this information and told me to call back on Monday when they get back. So much for great service, Randy didnt even inform me of anything he was/is going to do. I bet he doesnt even have my cell phone number which I called him from a number of times.

not sure how the bbb.org works, but I cant seem to find anything on the complaint I filed. My case number is 57084323. Can someone help me find the complaint because I want to check the status...?
