I don't understand how this typo could have happened. I mean their sales staff is so well-paid, how could it slip by?

Imagine all the lost business this thread has got them. I can't believe they haven't posted in this thread. They should be in there pubically making it more than right to save face. Unreal.

still not resolved... claimed that he had to talk to the jdm guy which will be sometime this week. But so far I'm told I'm getting my bumper LATE NOVEMBER with no tow hook covers which will cost me at least $60.

Dam I always looked at gruppe s to be a good vendor, now to here this and them not even responding to this thread makes it worst.I bet they are trying to get this thread deleted.I hope you get your money back bro.

i was thinking the same exact thing......

Gruppe-S, where are you? What are you going to do? Are you guys going to ruin your rep because of this? I hope they reply soon or it looks like they will be losing a lot of business.....

I'm going to e-mail randy (gruppe-s worker) this thread just in case he hasnt seen it yet. Since he will be back at work tomorrow, I will be expecting some type of response in the thread. Just got to wait till 10am pacific time...

I was planning to order an Evo 9 turbo and some helix cams from Gruppe-S but after seeing this thread, and the fact that they have not tried to resolve this, I will have to take my business elsewhere. In the past, I have ordered a VF30 and VF24 turbo and a bunch of other WRX and Evo parts from them. At that time, i dealt with Cal and Gary and there were no issues.
