I think Gruppe-S should really try to rectify this. You clearly indicate, by the information you submitted, that the front lip should have been included in the shipment.

 

you got ripped off! Old gruppe-s guys are better, like Cal and Tom! btw, what is the tow hook cover? are they the small plugs?

gruppe-s is horrible...back in the day i ordered the helix ic piping LE black and it was supposed to come w/ tclamps.....i never to this day have seen the clamps...they asked for my address and said they will ship them never did...horrible company idk why ppl still bother with them

Give them until the close of business today to give you a satisfactory resolution, and then file a complaint with your CC Company. The evidence is crystal clear, and they are in the wrong.

 

I'm sorry u are going through this, i hope u get the issue resolved. I guess no evo 9 kit for me. I was also thinking of doing it within 2 months buying from the same place. You have enough proof to take this further if they fail to assist you. I wish you the best of luck

with all the evidence, i think gruppeS gotta give u the lip for free or issue u a full refund. They have to pay for their mistake.

 

not only that, they better ship it to me ASAP because I think that would be fair after 8 weeks + the extended 4 weeks of waiting and then making me almost pay for another lip. Am I wrong for believing that?
