Thats the pressure where my boost (or lack there of) issues start. Right at 7-8 psi. Goes to 9 then bleeds down even with a MBC

strange, id try to help you out but im not turning it up right now for daily driving becuase i don't want a big *** paper weight. ive hit 10 psi on the freeway after throwing my MBC on and it held for the entire 2 seconds that it was at 10 and then i said SH*T! and let go of the throttle.

A little update on my car...for those who have been following. I now have the same EXACT set-up that RoadRace's Stage 2 Lancer had, and STILL have the rich code. (Ported IM and TB, header, test-pipe and catback exhaust.) Also have some supporting mods like Magnacor wires and Greddy Type-S BOV. I no longer have a boost issue, as I can obtain 10 psi in every gear. (Before the TB and IM, it wouldnt do this.) At the same time, I did re-route my wastegate pressure line back to the BOV line, so I'm not sure if this had anything to do with it or not. (I had heard that it did, which prevented the wastegate from opening up prematurely.) So, to sum it up...I can now reach full boost....just can't get rid of my damn rich code. (Yes, even if I reset the ECU.) I'm going to drive it around for a few days, so I'll let you guys know if the ECU learns out the issue now, since the ported IM and TB are now installed.
