For that psi, I would recommend 2 1/2 from turbo to IC, and 2 1/4 from IC to TB, maybe 2 1/4 all around. Exhaust, I would go at least 2 1/2 turbo back, maybe even 3 inch turbo back.

I know I'm a little late, but who does custom piping? I mean what type of shop would I go to ?? I have an intercooler that's a little smaller than the one RRM sells. So far my ghetto-rig has worked but I would greatly benefit from some better fitting tubing. any suggestions would help

well on the muffler shop, you may be right. i didnt know you had already tried one, they might not do it. it was just a guess. if theres any "tuner" shops around there, try that, cause i went to one and they said they can do custom intake piping. might be relatively the same thing.

i'm sure anyone that can weld and does piping would do it. It might take some time to get everything lined up but they would do it
