Intercooler

Any ideal which company make the best Density intercooler in the market? any compare from standard to aftermarket... any suggestions?

really depends on what kind of power you attempting to get to be honest. as a example a Perrin intercoooler is good to a point as well as turbo XS if your shooting for less then 500 then there are plenty of options then the companies listed above.

guys, hes got an evo 3. i am not too sure anyone of those companies makes intercoolers for that model

If you have an Evo 3 and not an 8/9 we could build you a custom intercooler to your drawing. If interested, send me a PM.

For cars that we designed for a factory side mount intercooler you want to be careful which core you put on the front of the bumper. If you have a really dense external fin pack it's going to block air flow to the radiator and the car will over heat. We have a core that has an offset and stagged external fin pack that still allows for good air flow to the radiator the internal fin pack is also offset and stagged so the internal air is forced to hit multiple fins instead of just straight through.

The core we have works great, we run it on our 1G (6-bolt 4g63) and it runs 8.6's
