Looks hotness. I'm sticking with the stock bumper for now so the evo intercooler was a little too big for my stuff. I went with an 18x6.5x3 which should match up nicely. I'm putting it on this weekend so i'm hoping for no major modification needed.

Heres a question for you turbo guys. I'm heading out to the hardware store this weekend for the oil fittings. What sizes do i need?

I need the Oil feed for the plug above the oil filter. I think i remember seeing 3/8 NPT. The oil line i have has a threaded fitting at the ends (which i'm sure all do). Also i need the fittings for the oil pan and whatever drill and tap sizes. The turbo i got came with the flexible oil return hose but i think i wanna replace it with something a little more sturdy so what do you guys suggest?

I'm not sure about the fitting for above the oil filter since I used whatever RRM includes in their kit. I do know however that RRM uses a 3/8" NPT fitting for the tap, also 3/8" NPT at the oil pan for the oil return. RRM also includes a sturdy return line from the turbo that goes about half way and then they use some heater hose for the remainder of the way.

Got it myself....

3/8" NPT drill and tap set for oil return with a -10AN line
3/8" NPT to 1/4" NPT for the oil feed line, 8mm hex plug above the oil filter

Startin the install of the FMU, Fuel Pump, and Intercooler (just mounting it up) as soon as i get home from work today. Gotta get emissions tested next week (before i turbo so i know i'll pass hehe). Then Turbo install June 2nd or 9th!

I'm having a little stumble at idle now. When i come to a stop it kinda dips down to about 500, mabe hits 400 rpms for a few seconds, then stablizes back at 7-8 after about 2 seconds. Maybe just running a little richer now?

You are definately gonna be running richer. You'll soon see your tail pipe black and your fuel efficiency down the tube

Does it keep doing it like rev up then back down. Like it surges at idle.

If so, i had the same problem!! It was a vaccum leak. My line to the fmu exploded.lol but i fixed it and the idle was fine.

Naa, it just dips down for a few seconds and then normalizes. I'm not really worried about it. I'm putting on the FMU and intercooler tomorrow. Getting the car inspected next week. and then turbo shortly after
