Kungfu's Turbo Reinstall (56k PIITB)
B. USE A SHIZLOAD OF RTV
D. Remove the radiator to install. You must, period. No other way to do this.
C. The radiator we have is crap. Game over. The tranny lines for auto are crap they cannot be removed or rotated. Get a new one in there while ur at it if you have over 50k. Save the headache.
F. Give yourself a week so u cant quadracheck everything and for delays.
H. While you are doing this, remove you battery and relocate. Do it right and put ur filter there to stay away from heat.
I. Heat is your enemy, anything u can do to recduce it, do it. This means, a vented hood, a wrap, a jet coat.
J. The return line should be braided period. End of story. I wont debate. Heat expands and make rubber all week. Save your car, invest.
Thats it for now. Pan still leaking, car faster than shizzle.
I didnt have to remove the rad for my install and i have the version 1. It was a pita tho.
Heat is a problem even with the whole damn thing wrapped.
Relocated battery = +1 I wish i had done this before i even started my turbo install. Plus makes fabbing up smic piping almost too easy.
i have had no problems with my return line. Now the bottom of the pan still leaking thats another story. RTVed the hell outta the bottom pan and the f*cker still leaks.

I feel like my AF ratios are off for being turbo, i have yet to WOT this thing, but my af ratios seem the same when i am cruising while in boost.
Your AFRs will stay like that until your ECU switches to open loop. This equivalates to something like 40%+ throttle and over 3500rpm.
