60mm is about the max you can get out of the throttle body opening on the 4G93 intake manifold. Yes, you can use the 60mm throttle body from a DSM. You'll need to use the TPS and IAC from a DSM also and do a little custom wiring to get them to work.

I don't think the stock Lancer throttle body can be ported to 60mm without damaging it.

i have a mirage throttle body that is ported and re flanged to 59mm. That is the absolute max you can port it to without getting into the coolant passages. It originally didn't have cruise control but all you have to do is swap the spindles from yours with cruise control and it'l work fine.

thx, but im keepin it stock for a lil need money to fix other stuff..

so i got my megan coilovers on and omg.... it rides and sits amazing .

but anyway took it out for a joyride with some buddies and my sun roof ended up gettin stuck open with the summer heat. happend last summer too... well then a storm decides to role in....... a bad one. so im flying home boosting like the hole time and we are getting soaked.. then my clutch decides to fully go out... guess it was time.. lol it has been dealing with pretty much double the power now and ive been drivein it pretty hard latly. soo.. as we are stuck in the rain with my sun roof open.. lol we are tryin to push it to an uderpass, well then my radiator randomly decides to blow up............... pretty much in my face cuz it all shot through my grill. was the worst night ever lol.

so anyway... gettin a stage 2 clutch from road race i guess. or do you guys know of one thats just as good for cheaper?

and whats a good aftermarket radiator?

You could probably part together the clutch kit from RR. Are you getting the flywheel too?

Sorry to hear that. Are you OK? Scalding hot coolant to the face is no joy (been there). Any clutch for a 1G N/T 2.0L DOHC Eclipse fits our cars. RRM has a pretty good price for their stage 2. Their clutch is simply an ACT XTSS clutch. As for an aftermarket radiator, any Evo radiator will fit. Or you can take the route AMS and I did and modify a 92-00 Civic small aluminum radiator to fit. I like this choice because of the amount of space freed up in front of the turbo. Also, my setup now is about 1" away from the condenser, so it was a necessity to remove the radiator there.

Check out Zoom. I used a Zoom clutch on my Lancer and loved it.

Do you know what the torque capacity on their stage 4 is? I couldn't find any specs on Zoom's website. I tried using their clutch torque capacity calculator, but I didn't have all the data to complete the calculation.

I don't know it. Call or email them and see what they say.
