I cant find anyone who'll pass me, where do all u turbo southern california ppl go to pass smog???

 

what are you failing Visual or emissions???

 

im talking about to just pass me, because Im assuming Ill fail both, Isnt the law you cant do anything to your emissions system which includes a turbo and fuel injectors etc. and also I am probably running too rich, Ill fail emissions too. lol
