If I recall all they did was put the 4g94 flange on it. Crypto has a thread on here showing the progress of the manifold when he was building his kit. I could be wrong

for the wastegate I believe you have the Forge adjustable one.
Change out the spring to the 5-10psi one.
I have the nipple routed to the manual boost controller.
The evo 8 turbo has a mount for the wastegate already. Just unbolt the 2 12mm bolts for stock wastegate and slap on the Forge!
As for the adjustable arm, make sure the flange on the hotside is closed, you'll hear it if you play with it (swinging open and closed makes two distinct sounds) Then just adjust the arm to sit on the post for the flange.

This is the diagram I used to install my manual boost controller. I modified it a little bit since it was off the evo forum and it was the Hallman Pro Evo RX

Vacuum lines at your local auto parts store. They're pretty cheap.
As for oil feed line, I got mine made at this local Hose store here in Utah. Only costed $18 for the custom stainless steel braided line and brass fittings.

If you want I can get them made for you and send it to you with the receipt.

I got my return hose from Lowe's Hardware store. Just normal 5/8" heater hose about a foot of it. and you'll need a 5/8" hose barb to tap into pan

I hooked the wastegate to the MBC and into the intake. I put up the diagram i used. Same exact setup.
The reason I did this is so I can get the boost pressure from the intake manifold side instead of straight out of the compressor
