Evo X Fuel Pump in a 2009 GTS

Hey everyone,

I'm adding more power to my car. I saw that some people here managed to adapt Evo X fuel pumps onto their cars. I just wanted to know how, as the stock GTS fuel pump is returnless. Any insight will be great at this point. Let me know, thanks.

It's a direct swap. Fuel pump is not returnless, fuel system of NA Lancer is returnless. Fuel pump housing just don't have plug for the fuel return pipe.
Nothing to worry about, I swapped mine without any issues.

If you put Evo X intake manifold + fuel rail than you will have to run a fuel return pipe.

Seems I'm out of luck then, as I am running the intake manifold and fuel rail off of an X.

Any idea of the limits of the OEM Fuel Pump?

I know several members who are running 7-9 psi with stock fuel pump without problems. Assuming numbers in your signature you are not running higher, so you could stay with the stock pump.
