Turbo Help 2002 ES

Hey guys I've been asking around but I can't get a real answer.

If i put turbo on a 4g94 which is on the 2002 lancer es how much boost can i get safely without any engine modifications. Ofcourse i'll be doing the entire kit professionally. It'll be a complete kit with custom manifold, pipes etc....
but without a camshaft upgrade or forged pistons etc.... because I am trying to go simple for now and later on trade my engine for an evo engine.
I was thinking 4psi which isnt much but I heard that you can go 12psi as long as you can tune it properly.

Keep it around 5-7psi with a Good tune and you should be fine...just make sure to do all the basic maintenance as Well (timing belt, plugs, water pump, ect.... )

I been running 15psi for the past 1.5 yrs and was running 11psi for 1.5yrs up to that point. Originally turboed the car with 85k miles I'm at 105k now. Still stock motor.

Well good to know, thanks guys, just making sure because people just keep telling me, buy an evo instead and 3k fora turbo is better then 24k for an evo8 and thats the only one i want and Most sell them modified, usually cost 11k for a basic one but extremely rare, thanks guys, im going to turbo it to 7psi and keep it there with a good tune
