Questioning something or someone does not constitute flaming.

Flaming = "that xyz product is the worse that I have ever seen . . .." Basically, nothing to backup the naysayer's claim.

As for those #'s, they look close to 7-8 psi, not 5 psi.

A mirage G93 w/ a T3 60 @13 psi can crank out about 238 whp w/o tuning on forged parts.

pgmike,

you have to get the compresser housing turned 190 degrees, look at where the pipe goes on a non-ic turbo, it is u shapped and goes straight from the turbo to the throttle body, now look at the one in my profile, you will notice it goes the other way, it goes down to the intercooler.

Evo Spec, I am glad you are so impressed with my car, maybe you should have gotten an OZ instead

i woulda but in the end i probably would have drove it off a cliff because i can;t drive something that takes a lifetime and a half to get to 60. BUT, now urs doesn't. how much further are u takin it with this setup? (est. whp when ur done)

vince how much would it cost for the ic piping? and how much to to get the turbo turned around rewelded?

or do i even have to get it turned around? could i just get some local guiy to do piping for me that makes it so i dont have to turn it around? is there even enough room to do that?

I would call RRM for piping prices, a machine shop can cut and weld for you.

Evo, I am not sure, 200whp was my first goal but since I am so close I might move that goal out to 220 whp. I guess running 7 psi with a header and exhaust will put me close so probably nothing too crazy.

pgmike,

well frankly no one knows so we will see. I have an auto tranny fluid cooler so that might help me aswell as some other tricks up my sleeve.

Since this is my daily driver I dont want to go all crazy on it so this looks to be almost the end of the road for performance, unless i get the bug and get internals (rods and pistons) then i will go for more fuel and 10 psi hahah, but that high I am sure the tranny will have to be rebuilt.

Hey Vince - did u install the turbo and everything yourself... and if so... was it hard or like moderate? If you have time/want too could you kind of do a write up in another thread, that would be much apreciated, b/c im looking at either turbo or supercharger and wanna know what im up for.

thanks.

a machine shop will not charge much to cut the tube on the turbo and reweld it, just make sure you get an aluminum welder, its not exactly like welding reg steel, i too am a bit skeptical as to the numbers, i have vinces setup + all the mods you can do, and i just do not feel it is putting out those kinds of numbers, i think it has something to do with the FWD system and no LSD, :\ well, eventually i will dyno too, and so will vince, and that will give us 2 comparison charts, i still need to make sure i am not getting blow by

well all i know is my car feels better than most cars i have driven in. Rob from RRM was supprised when he drove it.

As for the install, I had RRM do it however I was there and helped. The only dificult thing was tapping the oil pan.
