thanks everyone, i did do it myself (with help). i can't get that sound clip to work. i'm sure your bov is fine though. tomorrow I'm going to go to a muffler shop and get them to check for exhaust leaks, fabricate a downpipe, and route the wastegate into the downpipe. tonight, i'm going to install my greddy turbo timer and try to move my piping so that i have my filter up top by the bov. i worry too much about water down here in louisiana and plus it'll put that vent to use on the evo 7 hood that i'm getting soon.

If you wanted it that way you should have told RRM. They have short ram setups for the turbo car instead of CAI's. You will lose a little power though due to engine bay temps. I'd recommend a nice hoodscoop to get rid of some heat in the engine bay!
