Or just slow the hell down when the vg2 goes off.

 

My radar detector doesnt shut off when it detects vg2. It alerts me about it and continues. It is actually vg2 proof.

 

cool. vg2 proof means that it transmits on a different frequency than most other radar detectors. it still may be able to be detected if the vg2 is tuned to the right frequency, but if you have valentine one, it still probably won't detect it cause it has lots of filters and stuff.

 

Radars SAVE LIVES! Beleive me i know.... it saved my *** a WHOLE BUNCH OF TIMES... hehe lol.

 

 

I know this is an old thread, but curious if you ever got this done? I just got a radar detector and want to hide it so it is not out all the time.

 

Consider a remote mount (as mentioned above) unit.


Put the display behind the cover compartment below the HVAC controls


To hide, simply close the cover...
