my car got busted in on easter night, they got all the elestronics. MY question now is can i have my

1. keyless entry
2. dom light
3. alarm
4. 10secs you get to wind up your windows after the key is turned of and removed before obening the door

without installing any kind of radio. my insurance says i may have to install the radio before all that will work. I am going all out performance and need no radio

Why would you need a radio for that stuff? It has nothing to do with the alarm and other electronics. Just make sure that when the thieves ripped out your old radio, that they didn't damage any of the wiring. Make sure nothing is being shorted and the rest of the electrical system should work fine.

eveything should work with out the radio.
but for some reason in my car. when ever i take my radio out..my dome light doesnt want to work anymore.
but then again my car is crappy...

when they ripped out the radio they cut off the atenna plug

everything will work properly without the radio, they are probably assuming that our cars are similar to the newer gm and others that use a databus system to control multiple functions with a single wire. Some of the 90's honda civics also used the radio for a receiver for the keyless entry and dome light.
