Blown Fuse/No CLock/No Radio

So I tried to install a pioneer cd player in my car today. Bad idea. First off, my clock won't work. Second, the cd player won't work Somebody please

P.S. I checked all the fuses in the passenger compartment fusr area and there was one 15 amp blown, which I replaced and it didn't fix it. But the other fuses look fine.

In the engine bay, look for the yellow fuse holder in the fuse box.

Heh... i had blown that fuse a while back and it killed ALL constant 12v power to my radio, gauges, etc. Only when i would turn my key to Aux (just before start), i would get power (but not to the radio). It scared the sh*t out of me. I didn't think that little "radio" fuse would have killed my whole constant 12v power to my car.
