if you don't mind my asking, why did you go with yellow and Orange? or Red? or whatever that color is? I'm not saying their bad colors, and i love how your project is turning out, just wondering why you wanted those colors.
yeah i got some kicker pro hyperflex 1/0 and my gosh its huge, i got some stinger too its got almost 1000 more strands than that... rediculously big and $5 a foot

Lay glass on teh inside to help bond the fleece to the wood. I normally remove it from the car, unscrew the rear wood panel and do all the glassing inside the enclosure. You bond to the edge of the interior MDF and it makes the outside easier to smooth out.
From inside you should put a layer of hairy glass then go on top with heavy woven. Then immediately put hairy over that to soak up any excess resin. Resin is brittle, glass is strong. I've built upper 150 db glass enclosures with 2 layers this way. If glass dries completely etch it with acetone before the next layer to promote bonding.
LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE A LOT OF SANDING TO DO! good luck!
