I guess that's what I'm after but it's not like I'm going to have the bass on full blast all the time just when I want it. So that's why I'm not worried about getting aftermarket speakers.

So any ideas on amps?

I checked under my passenger seat and noticed a little black box . Not sure what it is but with it being there I don't know if any amp will fit . It "looks" (not totally sure) like all the speakers are wired to it so I'm guessing it's part of the sound system... Anyways if I can't move it I will just mount the amp in the trunk somwhere.

 

is that lil black box your factory amp?

i know i cant fit an amp under my seat, there is a hump in the middle

 

No the factory amp is under the drivers seat. if I can move or get rid of thisVV box then I will be able to put an amp under it but with it there I can't.

Could it be that thing that records stuff like your speed and braking that cops use to see what actually happend in an accident?

 

i doubt it, seems like they wouldnt put it so ovious... what does the top of it say, the maker of it should give u some idea

And the little black box that records the stuff is located under the passanger seat. I remember seeing/hearing it on a car accident show and they described exactlly what happend like how far she skided, how fast she was going, when the impacted happend, and stuff like that, all by a little black box that was under the seat. I think I also heard it on the news too.

I think I will mount the amp in the trunck only because it would be easier to get to if I want to change something.

Back to "What amp....?" Any other amps out there that are the same/better then the kenwood^^^ that is about the same price?
