I believe that's the face to the Alpine EQ in the rearview. Pretty sweet, but even with cameras I know cops in my area would give me a healthy ration of **** for putting someting in instead of the rearview mirror. Damned Massachusetts

Also, it's against federal regulations to remove the factory installed airbag from any vechile being driven on the road in the US. You WILL fail a safety inspection with that setup, if that happens to apply to your state. (Just a word of warning if you're planning on an install similar to that)

thats pretty cool with the blue interior and tv stuff. Id go with the W713. Thats the hardest hitting sub. Especially with that 1000WJL amp thats the best combination. If I had the money that would be my top choice.

The w7 is the best sub out there IMO. I would definetly go with the w7 over the w3v2. I've got two 10w7's now, however, I've owned three 10w6's for the last 8 years and I can tell you that I like the w6 way better than the w7. You might need 3 of the w6's to equal the one or two of the w7's, but if you have the space it is worth it. JL doesn't make the original w6 like I used to use, but they do have some sort of anniversary edition of the w6 (which is basically the same speaker). If you use the w6, you pretty much need three of them, and that's why I went with the w7 because I didn't want to sacrifice the room for three w6's. It's a space related thing. But again, take the w7 over the w3 or w3v(whatever) anyday!!

I was in the midst of a similar dilemma. Here's my reasoning. With the w3's and the w7 being comparable setups, even supported this fact by a JL representative the decision really comes down to show or function. If you want a car for show that everyone can ooh and aah at get 3 w3's. As was said earlier in the post, more subs=bigger eyes and lower jaws. However, more subs also=more weight. With 3 w3's in a bow with a amp, you might as well be transporting an extra passenger with you EVERYWHERE. It will effect the performance of your car. If that doesn't matter go with 3 w3's. If you want THUMP and SPEED go with the w7. The w7 was my choice for the best compromise.
