yeah, the intake is home made....i gotta get that fixed -.-

what about the giant grommet that all the factory wiring runs through on the passenger side......
it comes out just at the top of the carpet from my recollection

I know this is back from the dead, BUT

AS FUTURE REFERENCE... if you ever think about wiring a car this way, take a trip to circuit city and pay the 70 bux to get it done the right way.

hey...i know thats not the right way of doing stuff...but ive seen it done many a time when wiring sirens and light bars to prevent drilling thru car parts for resale reasons...but when you do that...make sure you wrap the cable

I'm in the middle of my amp install and am glad I stumbled on this thread. That's a great tip about routing the power cable on the drivers's side. I've already used up the grommet on the passenger's side and I really didn't want to drill a hole through the firewall.
