Just bought new speakers
I finally decided to buy somewhat better audio components. I had a Pioneer something or other HU but would rather use the Mitsu HU. I bought four 6.75" Infinity Reference 6022si speakers and was wondering what a good amp combo would be.
RMS power Range: 2 - 50
Peak Power: 150
Ohms: 2
They aren't the most expensive things ever but really not worried about being the loudest and I have no interest in getting any subs. I really don't mind spending a little more on a decent amp to get the most out of the speakers, as it isn't something I believe will be replaced as often as the speakers would be.
Let me know your thoughts.

Is that impedance a good thing? Bad thing?
I plan on asking a couple of Audio stores what a good combo would be but you know how they are, especially if they run off of commission. I was looking at the Kenwood KAC-8402 but was thinking that just buying a matching amp would be easier. I know I need to closely match or exceed the power rating for the speakers as everyone says underpowering them is a bad thing and I prefer it to be a 4-channel.

Well you can't go wrong with brand matching, find an Infinity amp with the right specs and go for it. Honestly it might be hard finding a place with your speakers and getting them to hook diff amps up to said speakers. You might want to start checking out what other people have to say on forums.
www.caraudioforum.com is a great place, lots of helpful info, just make sure that you search and look around before posting.

Cool that'll be helpful thanks. I haven't changed anything audio-wise ever so I'm a n00b in that dept.

I would go with this:

Just make sure you set the gains properly...

Man these speakers with the stock headunit suck. No power. Tried the Pioneer I had laying around, still not so great. I'm assuming I should just take the Infinity's out and wait til I buy an amp, just got a new place so it'll be a grip, so I don't damage the speakers. Let me know what you all think.
You don't have to take them out! And yes, they'll seem weak because they're being fed...what, 15 watts max? The speakers "shouldn't" be damaged because of their RMS rating; just trying turning down the bass until you get an amp.
