from what i've seen of infinity pics, when you hold your speakers up to where the stock ones are the speakers overall diameter isn't as large as the hole you're trying to put it into so the holes can't match up.

you'll need something to screw the speaker into that is wide enough to also put screws in that will go into the factory holes.

What you can do is used the factory speaker as mounts for your new ones.

Cut the plastic spider that is holding the magnet and papper cone out. You can break them off or saw them off. You will have be left with a allmost perfect hole that wil fit the new speakers . If you need pixs i can post some pix for you in the morning..
