3 Eight Inchers.

My system is taking up alot of needed trunk space. If i made the box for my speakers the smallest i can make it (sealed) what will this do to the bass?

Depens on what kind of subs you have and how much air they need. Some brands like JL audio need very little air volume to still sound tight, others need more, some need ports. Usually the specs on the speakers have some sort of rating if I'm not mistaken.

All that extra weight must be good for acceleration....at least the back end will be firmly planted LOL

The subs i have right now are 10inch Comp VR. I can have a .8 Cu ft to be my smallest enclosure recommend. But what will happen to the sound?

8" subs aren't generally had for deep booming bass so less air will not affect there sound that drastically. Keep in the spec and you'll be fine. 2.4 cubic feet isn't that big so the box shouldn't take up a lot of space.
