Upgraded the Big 3 in my car. Left the wires bare but they're not touching anything hot so I don't mind. Installing 2 12" Sundown Audio with a 2000w RMS amp in the back.

Notice any difference vs just upgrading the chassis ground?

 

Any idea what those two wires that are next o the ground run to? I'm assuming stereo but not sure, they appear to be the same gauge and color as the stereo grounds.

 

Good job, but I would put some split loom on the wires. Some wrench jockey might get confused with red wire going to both sides of the battery and accidentally hook the ground to positive side of battery.

 

How did you get that possitive cable to the alternator? I cant find where the original cable is
