Hi, I have a Mitsubishi Lancer GTS 2008 with the regular alarm (remote key). I went to Mitsubishi to program the alarm but they said the alarm only worked for the first ten minutes. When I get home I noticed that the alarm work while inside the car: Lock, unlock, Panic, and Trunk. However, when I get out of the car the remote does not work, like I said only work inside the car). Additional INFO: Some idiot drilled the alarm key to put a keychain and went touching the edge of the remote key system (the green thing) and the light turns on every time I press the bottoms. what should I do?
