2013 ES radio recommendations

Hey guys, I am installing a woofer into my new car. Problem is, I like the stock unit. I like the red LEDs of it and the overall look of the guy.

Look at this beautiful little goober. I love him.

The issues I'm running in to are that if I want to keep the stock unit, I have to tap into the rear speakers and I cannot control my audio using any on-unit or steering wheel controls when I have my phone connected through the RCA jack input. So, since installing a new radio and running RCAs back to my sub would be about the same amount of work as tracking down the right wires to tap in to and would fix my media control issue, I'm considering just going ahead and just replacing the radio. Problem is, I want something tasteful. I have found a nice piece that will fit in place of the current unit and is designed to fit a double din radio. Now, I could just do the whole tablet-lookin android auto thing with the backup cam, but I feel like that would just look really out of place and tacky. Anyone have any recommendations for a double din radio that has bluetooth and preferably light up red to match the original LED color? Anything that looks like it fits the overall design of the vehicle would be great.
