I have personally been playing with software and got some improved tunes. Just wanted to get myself up to speed with it more. It is quite easy to tune. Guys will have fun with it. JUST TUNE RESPONSIBLY!

V1 and V2 will use different maps. That question was asked in another thread.

Hey Rock,

After reading up on the R4 S/W, I think this might be a bit much for a newbie to handle. Are you still willing to flash the piggy to its original settings If I sent it back?

I don't know how anyone else feels, but I'd rather be safe than sorry...

Now with software out there we are not taking back piggys to do free reflashes. That is one of the benefits of giving in to EVOM guys on the software issue.

hey Rock, do you plan on changing the existing maps so that the idle for the 02-03 guys is a bit smoother or is it just kinda tough luck if you dont buy the software to change it ? I dont mind losing a couple ponies at the top end if the idle is a bit nicer.

Rock, i installed the piggyback and the idle wasnt too bad the first day but it was very rough at a creep almost not letting you roll and in reverse. Now ive had it in for about 80 miles and the idle seems to get rougher as the engine warms up. The idle is rougher now than it was when i first installed it. I am hoping this stops. any ideas?

Call me. There is something else going on with you. I am not sure but there has to be something related to install or something. It is not going to get rougher!

Youre kidding me right? After paying for this piggy, sending it back twice, your telling US, your customers, to pay for the software AND you your not willing to reflash back to the original settings?

I honestly think there should an option for those of us not willing to take the chance on your S/W with the condition that you are not responsible if WE mess something up.

I know you've done your part to resolve this, but I think you should continue to stand by your product even if we dont buy the sofware in addition to all the time, aggravation and expense we have already incurred.

Just call me. The thing is I don't know your real name from Quickie. Just depends on what you originally asked for. Guys wanted idle, then performance etc... We went bak and forth a bunch of times with some guys cause they wanted changes. Just call it is not a big deal. We are still supporting the piggy.
