Zeitronix Wideband vs. SAFC vs. Piggyback vs. Emanage

I've read up on all 4 of these routes pretty well and have come to the conclusion that either a wideband (Zeitronix) or Greddy Emanange is the way to go. I've got a laptop i'd be putting in the car, but i'm still wondering which one to get. There are plenty more options available to do if i get emanage or wideband versus piggyback ECU or SAFC. I'm eventually going to go turbo later this summer, so i'm keeping this in mind, but i'm just not sure which to get. It's going on an 03 auto ES.
Can someone help me decide between the wideband and the emanage?

I'd recommend a wideband no matter what you're going to be tuning with.

well ur not really comparing it correctly... the wideband is a sensor that helps u tune your weapon of choice;;; ie the piggy, safc or emanage.

whichever you choose the wideband will come in handy to tune your car correctly and to avoid nock issues etc. the wideband records af ratio etc and lets you use that to make your adjustments via the piggyback, safc or emanage. any more questions!

+1

no matter what route you go, if you plan on playing with AFR's, you should be tuning with a WBo2 sensor. IMO i would go with an SAFC or Emanage. Emanage will allow more options; SAFC is easier to use.

+1 here also.
the wbo2 is not in the same category as the other devices listed.
With a piggyback you don't really need a wbo2, but as stated, it doesn't hurt.
SAFC2 is easy to use and cheaper than the emanage. If you have the money and the time get the emanage. But with these 2 last options I'd say a wbo2 is strongly recommended.

^GREAT GREAT ADVICE! I'm learning as i go...
So with emanage, would tuning be more precise but harder or with SAFC2 would it be easier but less efficient or productive? but either way, i should try and use the wideband for both? can i tune if i only had the wideband and my laptop or would i still need emanage or SAFC2 along with it or only for turbo'd apps?

the wideband is a measuring device.
the emanage and SAFC are tuning devices.
If you want to effectively tune your car you will need both, as for as which tuning device to get, the SAFC is easier to tune with but the emanage has more capabilities.. i.e. Injector correction and ignition adjustments.

If you're only trying to control Afr, then the S-AFC is what you want. If you want to be able to tune timing/etc. get the e-manage.

The rrm piggy can be tuned using a wideband and a obd tool And tyou do need a wideband to ACCURATELY measure your AFRs
