so ECU exchange automatically voids the warranty... can't we just take it out and put the stock ECU back in when we need warranty reparis? or would they be able to detect the exchange...?

 

It is not another ECU, it is a piggyback ECU. It is laptop programmable. IT will come pretuned but you can custom tune if you know what you are doing. Good tour website and look at the older RA page for perfformance products. THere you can readbout older piggybacks.

Any idea how separate the CVT version will be? I'm in no hurry, but I'm just wondering if it's "starting from scratch" or "just gotta make a few changes" from the manual version.

+1 I hope its soon. Im saving to buy it all at once exhaust, pulley, springs, and piggy back.

 

We will need a donor to do CVT. Either a customer or we will borrow one from Mitsu and do a tune from there. Hopefully we will not have to start from scratch!
