Can anyone answer me what I need to read the ROM on my 2007 AU Lancer (non-evo)? Do I need EvoScan? My OP2.0 comes up with J2534 timeout when I tried to read it.

What about a 2008 AU Lancer (Non-EVO)? Once I scanned it, it said unknown ROM.

 

I know this is a post made in 2008, but would you happen to have a definition file made for a 2015 Lancer DE? Because ECU Flash isn't able to read the rom.

hi can anyone help me out I have a 2.0 4g94 with turbo setup installed and im trying to use ecu flash to tune my car but im having trouble as I’m not familiar with tuning or using ecu flash but I’ve been told I need to find the correct xml file to read my ecu and I don’t know where to find anything. Any tips would be much appreciated. I originally tried to read my ecu but it kept saying failed to connect and when I tried loading the bin file/tune onto ecuflash it tells me to select car and I don’t know where to start.

I am new here and I live in Brazil. After much searching, I came across this page and saw that people help each other quite a lot. Well, I, like everyone or most people here, am a motorsport enthusiast and particularly enjoy working on my car, but sometimes I find myself facing difficulties. I recently bought a Tactrix with the goal of improving the performance of my 2012 CVT Lancer. I must admit I thought it would be easier...
but I haven't given up yet, so I came here seeking help. I need the definition file for my ECU so that I can work without damaging the original file, and I am also looking for some tips and advice since I have never done this before but would like to try. After all, it is always good to learn something new.
