emanange blue or tactrix + ecuflash?

So I can get a pretty good deal on an emanage blue and a serial to usb cable. However, I wanted to get everyone's opinion on whether I should go that route or go with an openport cable and ecuflash?

Yeah. I'm ordering the stuff for Ecuflash and Evoscan.

There's plenty of help on these forums for it too.

So I changed my mind. Since I'm going to build the motor and go high boost, I'm thinking about the emanage ultimate

If you're gonna go high boost then the emanage ultimate is useless for tuning.

I have the emanage blue with all options on my turbo'd lancer now, if you are going turbo I would NOT recommend this setup. I just got ecuflash and evoscan and I am glad I did. I could never get consistent afr's with the emanage.

how much is evoscan? And i think I'll need a wideband; does it matter which one?

EcuFlash is good for a turbo'd Lancer with a non-built motor. Once you go with a built motor you need a standalone system that adds in its own sensors for proper readings and tuning. EcuFlash doesn't go far beyond basic tuning for the Lancer. The expandability for factoring in boost is just not there.
