So I've been following this thread for the last few days because I've been waiting on some BIG injectors. I had been having the same issues as you guys: lean under boost, horrible idles and whatnot.

I just installed my 880cc injectors today (don't worry, the motor is built :3) and dialed in my fuel trims and latencies. I scaled my maf just a tad bit and maxed out my maps and I'm still leaning out under heavy boost. I manage around 1 Bar of boost in 1st, but after that I lean out and can only manage around 9-10psi before leaning out past 12.0 or so at WOT. I'll post up some info on my car if you guys want =P. Just lemme know. I'm in the same boat as you guys, and could use all the help I could get :3.

My IDC during WOT is about 30% haha. Nowhere near maxed, and I'm on the stock FPR, yes.

Oh wow haha.
What are your values for the MAF scaling table?
It seems that when we increase these values the ECU adds in more fuel. Try increasing it more

That's my MAF Scaling table. I'm thinkin that I might just rescale the entire thing to get a smoother hz scale in the top end and raise the values on the right to ridiculous amounts to try and get as much as I can out of these injectors.

Give it a try.
My values in the WOT area are near maximum and I still have a leaning problem.
I figured we need a rising rate FPR. I already have wrx 440cc injectors and I am getting 79-80% IDC

I hope when I install it itll resolve this issue.

Which one did you get? I'm in the market for one too. I just swapped my fuel system over to Return and I'm lookin for a good FPR.

Maybe someone on the evo for sale section is selling one.
Or if you buy it brand new look for one that has the fittings and gauge on it already.

As much as i like the aeromotive unit, i wanted something that would bolt right up to the stock fuel rail. Looking around and trying different things I found that this unit bolted right up.

You can find it for sale here........

Hey guys, Just went for a tuning run and I managed 16.3psi in 2nd gear. That was with 255 in the 800-1200 hz airflow range. After that, I can manage about 12psi in the other gears. Sadly, evoscan didn't record my last two logs, but I have a few from earlier today.

So I'm pretty much maxed at this point. Next step is to raise the maf size, and see how much extra load is presented to the ECU. I'll be doing some tuning tomorrow as well, so I'll let you guys know how that goes.

Do you have a 255 walbro?
Increasing the MAF size too much will increase the load% and you would need to rescale the load column. It does help though.

Yes, I have a walbro 255lph. I've read that increasing the MAF size will increase the load that the ECU calculates... Just gotta find out how much load the ECU churns out and adjust for load accordingly.
