me and Justin have been talking about a brace for the turbo to block to complement the header....every car Ive seen with a turbo has a brace , from 1988 turbo coupes to new dodge rams , its kinda a given that one should be there...

that and if you currently have one that has a crack a simple call to justin and he will take care of that ..

where gonna be makin them shortly and providing them to him , Im just waiting on the manifold then its going to cad5 and waterjet , with a possible high temp powder coat option depending on how he feels about that or a possible stainless steel version and also if you guys wanted a custom color other then a standard silver...

Just ask'em when you purchase the manifold to let you know when there available shouldnt be long at all

Mine was definately rubbing, I had to put it a peice of metal pipe in on the first bend coming off the radiator to keep my hose from frying lol. I have not had any issues with cracking welds like OZrally did... yet, but I also made this little bracket in the beginning to bolt from the head to the turbo to help the stress.

Crappy pic from my phone but you get the idea. My header definately isnt all nice a pretty anymore lol zoom zoom

Are there any plans to extend the runners so the manifold will work on 2004 and up Lancers? That is the only thing keeping me from buying one today.

we can easily do that for the 04' and up guys thats an easy fix , lemme discuss it with Justin tonight and see what his thoughts are , as far as doing it it should be no problem....

The coolant hose is something I was also pondering, how would you guys feel if we made a quality chrome/powdercoated /stainless tube with say silicone ends?

Ive seen them on mustangs I think that would solve the issue and look great at the same time... would you guys be interested?
