For those wanting to disable the EGR, you might need to also set FAA bit 9 to 0.
For the past weeks, I've had lean AFR swings and low RPM dips while coming to a stop.
This caused the car to idle rough and want to die for a second or two and then bounce back up to idling normal again.
This only occurs when the car is not in operating temp.
I disabled ignition warm up since Im catless and been problem free since then.

I noticed some Evos have this problem, might work for you also.

VE will change and you'll need to adjust that table to suit the new VE. It shouldn't go off by any crazy amount so it should be straight forward and tunable.

Uh...my car does vibrate some when significant power is applied to the wheels, but I thought it was just cause it all started when I "stiffened" my motor mounts. How/what happens to make the tranny need to be replaced, and is that shake like, a tell-tale sign? or ...gah, now I'm scared.

This problem can be "tunned out" in the "vibration vs. road" table in your ROM.

Most of the time when shakin occurs its because the wheels are out of balance.. never herd of a trans prob shakin the car?

had the wheels balanced and still does it bad, i do notice it does a lil bit a squeling going slow but when im cruising in my neighborhood i let the rpm go to 1k then i push on the throttle easy and u can hear the car clank as it trys to accel

i also did a test where i put the car in 2 and drove and let the engine slow me down and as the rpm went down u can here the tranny clank while it does it and my mounts are filled also and it just started doing this recently so imagine driving down the road and the cars vibrating a lil and then when u start to accel it turn into a 11.0 earthquake in the car and then when i ease off the throttle it will stop shaking.

i can try to get a vid of it with my gopro so you can see how bad the camera will shake haha

any idea if this is happening because of the SD patch? I can't imagine but better safe than sorry.

Will SD allow ITBs? A high compression, high revving, E85 NA lancer would be nice

Yes but you would need something for the map sensor to work off of remember its speed density not alpha N which is more of a ITB setup.

What SD needs is a vacuum line behind the ITB plate probably all 4 of them tied into one line for a good average.

If the car was to be tuned Alpha-N style the whole system would need to be reworked.
