I have had this happen to me my ac was stuck on anytime I turned on my heater, the light was not on but my ac was clearly engaged I could hear the "click" the ac pump makes when the magnetic clutch is engaged. It was like that for about a month before I had to pull the cover off the Hvac controls and remove the plastic buttons to hit the a/c toggle to turn it off. Now I never hit the actual ac button I just turn the knob all the way to max ac which will turn it on when I need it.
You are totaly right! i looked at the compressor when i put my heater on and my ac clutch engages! now i don't even want ac so do u know which wires are the ones that engage the clutch? il just disconnect them i guess!

The connection that engages the a/c clutch should be located right below your power steering pump. However I think your fans will still kick on. If you have your heater set to defrost then the ac will always be on no matter what. Try simply turning on your heater and hitting the ac button to turn it off.

I just realized the clutch only engages when it's on the defrost position even with the heater on....so if i put the same settings for the normal idle and the ac idle it would fix my idle problem wouldn't it? The problem only occurs once the car is hot also so maybe if i raise the neutral/drive desired idle rpm when it's hot it would fix it too right?

Worth a try although I have idle issues as well and when the a/c kicks on they go away (well the main issue anyways) I tried your method of putting the a/c settings into the normal idle settings but did not fix my particular issue.

Yea i tried to raise the neutral and drive desired idle rpm and it didn't do anything....when it gets hot i have to keep the heater on or it stalls!

I noticed when i put the injector scaling a little higher than 366 it idles better and i don't have to slowly release the gas pedal after the flash for idle learning or else it stalls. Any ideas on the O2 check engine removal and my rev limiter issue?

Hey man I just saw this and you cannot use an atmospheric BOV with a MAF because the air that gets out of the BOV needs to be recirculated in the intake in order for the load/MAF values to remain accurate.

Im looking around my old posts and my idle problems were only happening after a hot start reflesh...this is the idle learning that is having a hard time for some reason...what i did was i either hold the gas to around 1k rpm for a while and then release it really slowly for a couple minutes and then it stabilises....or if you wait to reflash when your engine is cold everything works great you only have to wait around 2 fan cycles for the idle learning to be fine.

So you need to run speed density then correct? 3 or 4 bar?
