i read a 2015 lancer and here is the rom, but i have a question, did i need a special tool for flash or just the tactrix ?? i need the xml
The 16x12 map at 58123 is I believe the LOWER BOUND TIMING map.
Maps 53869 ans 53975 are WARMUP SPARK RETARD maps.
I have been searching for the 1st and 2nd gear throttle limiter table/s for many months now and are no closer to a result. Its very annoying. ie its pissing me off big time.
I have looked at 5AB02 and 5AB34, but no don't believe it is either of those.
The throttle decel position table may be the one at 57d4a, not confirmed.

Hey BigWingThings I have a 2013 Lancer VRX (Aus version of GTS) which I have successfully tuned with extremely good results. I had to define the main maps in the ROM myself. If you post your srf file (should be 1024kB in size), I can create a basic definition file to get you started.
Completely stock, tweaking the mivec intake and exhaust cams, ignition timing and AFR maps gives stunning results in both power and economy. Was going to do a few other mods but now I will keep my money in my pocket.

I have a 2012 4b12 and i'm stuck just like you... i got the SRF but i couldn't find a definition for my model....

Try flashing it with the ecuflash version you already have before reverting to the 1.43 (beta) version - sometimes ecuflash gets upset, sometimes it doesn't.
Jsat, you can do exactly the same thing flashing this later ROM.

- A handful of maps will provide maximum power, the rest are there for you to dig yourself a hole you can't get out of.
- Don't mess with things you know nothing about unless you want to buy a new engine.
- All your friends are tuning experts but rarely are they ever correct.

Using ECU Flash 1.4 it gets about 3/4 the way thru programming and comes up with and error and stops
Flashed back my other SRF File and all good
Any Tips would be great
