2015+ Lancers have a different ecu to earlier ones that can be read with an OP2.0 but cannot be directly flashed back. You need one of the overpriced USB Dongles that are sold under various brand names for checksum correction.
The processor in your ecu is a SH72531 (a.k.a.MH8115F) and your ROM size is 1280kB so you need to buy the correct "module" that does that variant. A stock 4B11 has very limited tuning potential without replacing at least the intake cam and the later Lancers have increased "driver assist" technology (dumbing down) that makes tuning more limited. You did not mention if it is 5MT or CVT so I am guessing it is a CVT that further limits any tuning potential. A 4B11 really needs to redline at 7200~7500rpm and have cams that allow it to generate power at those revs to get any performance out of it.....they will never be low rpm torquey motors and the CVT will limit redline to somewhere around 6300rpm.
I would keep my money in my pocket and put it towards a car with better tuning potential or performance in stock form.....

What cams would fit? I also have the 5 speed manual gearbox I'm shooting for like 180hp but any gain is nice But I'm not going to put too much money into it I realize it's a base lancer lmao!

Greatly91, 4B12 intake cam with 4B12 mivec sprocket or a 4B11T evo x/Ralliart intake cam on stock 4B11 mivec sprocket are the best choices. Evo X aftermarket cams are problematic because of their centerlines not being too good for a NA engine. There is no point in replacing the ex cam with a 4B12 or 4B11T version as they all have the same duration and lift. Buying a single Tomei Poncam 250 degree ex cam and pairing that up with either the 4B12 or 4B11T intake cam works very well if you can afford that. These are drop in, no need for heavier springs. That gets around the miserable stock ex cam specs.
All of these combinations need a substantial ROM tune.

If I went with the 4B11T cams and found someone to tune it would it net around 180hp? Should be easier than the other cams too since it's same engine , gains gains thanks man good info

4B11T is not the same engine as a 4B11......different crank different rods, different block.....never think they are the same!
What I have found is that the stock 4B1x range tunes like this:
A 4B10 can produce ATW, the same as a 4B11 ATF.
A 4B11 can almost produce ATW, the same as a 4B12 ATF but torque is considerably down on a 4B12 (unsurprisingly)
A 4B12 can produce more ATW than stock does ATF.
You will need to be smart with your mods to get 180hp. You say you got an exhaust already.....does that mean a 3" cannon muffler or a proper header?
If you do not have a header, find one off a 4B12 (with bracing bracket and heat shield intact) and drop that in (direct fit). These are better on a 4B11 than they are on a 4B12 as they are a true 4into1 tuned just right for a 4B11 powerband.
Find a 4B12 Lancer airbox half (side with the MAF pipe). It has a bigger pipe than the 4B11 so removes that restriction. This is not a fit and forget mod.....the MAF scaling must be changed to the 4B12 scaling also.
Then with the appropriate cams and tune, you will be in for a shot at 180+hp

Hey Bro, I am wondering if you went through with the tune and everything? Also, what were the results like !?

I’m looking into modifying but I don’t want to buy headers and change my exhaust if the Tune won’t be worth it. Please let me know😭

2017 Lancer ES Rev Limiter

I do wanna know if I can use ECUFLASH for my 2017 Lancer ES 5M/T 2.0 L, to add Rev Limiter at least. Not a big fan of the 6000rpm and instant drop. If so does anyone have steps or guide? (im new to ECU Tuning or kind of have a vague idea of "flashing")

2017 Lancer ES 2.0, 5 speed manual

I’ve swapped the air intake with a spectre short ram intake, sealed all the connecting points, and reset the battery yet my car won’t idle without the stock intake. Any reason as to why this is happening?
