Seeking XML Definition for Lancer 2.0 ROM 53230006 (CVT to 5MT Swap - Driver Demand/T

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to the community because I've recently completed a CVT to 5MT (Manual) swap on a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0 (USDM/Non-Turbo).

The car is currently running on ROM ID 53230006, which inherits from 52700006. While the car starts and drives, I'm hitting the "CVT Protection" torque limits, and the engine feels restricted because the ECU still expects communication from the TCM.

I have been working on defining the Driver Demand / Torque maps in EcuFlash to bypass these protections, but my current XML is very limited. I've managed to locate the 3D map at
Code:
5d01e
with RPM axes at
Code:
5cfee
and Accelerator Pedal at
Code:
5cfe8
, but the data alignment is still messy.

Current Setup:
  • ROM ID: 53230006
  • Inherits from: 52700006 (and 53230004 / Lancer10baseMIVEC)
  • Hardware: 2009 Lancer 2.0 NA
What I need: Does anyone have a more complete XML definition for this ROM? Specifically, I am looking for:
  1. Properly aligned Driver Demand / Torque maps.
  2. CVT-related limiters or "Safety Mode" maps that can be disabled.
  3. Target Idle tables for neutral (manual swap).
Any help or guidance on the correct addresses would be greatly appreciated. I am happy to share my current findings if it helps the community.

Thanks in advance!

They could just bench flash the ecu to a manual rom of the same year.

[SOLVED] CVT to 5MT Swap - 2009 Lancer GTS - Torque Limiters Removed

Gracias de nuevo por el soporte técnico!
