RPW cam shaft and cam gear question

Yes a SAFC would be very efective with camshaft changes adn I would recomend getting the RPW extractors at the same time to maximise the effect of teh new breathingin the motor.

The stage 2 cam would provide a rougher idle and definitlyneed a Apexi SAFC unit. You can play with valve timing but best to leave that to the experts and just use the cam gear to set back to true Top Dead Centre on the cam timing unless you know what you are doing.

how much do those extractors run and what exactly is their purpose?? I understand the cam shaft and cam gear...what is the extractor??

what are some #'s on these gains? torque and whp not hp no one cares what the flywheel has

Extractors are the australian term for headers.
In our testes in Peth we picked up 10hp at the front wheels on our lancers but ours are like a Fed Mod vehicle and run different programming to your cars in teh USA so I cannot confirm the exact improvement they will make on your car. But they should be more as you run more restrictive systems than us.
