the headers will make your car a noticeable bit louder. As far as the wastegate... it won't make it all that much louder, as the turbo is so restrictive in ad of itself that none of the exhaust that is expelled directly from it is anywher near as live as the header point exhaust. But it will also add some dB... but I don't think all that much... probably the same or more likely less than the headers.

 

I heard the DC Sports TCS has a great sound and even better performance. They used to just make parts for Honda and Acuras, but now they are making Lancer stuff too. here is a pic my friend sent me.

I've now added the Kamikaze Header and DP to this exhaust system. It made things quite a bit louder overall, but the tone didn't degrade much. You can't actually hear any difference in tone when in the car. But if you stand behind the car when someone rev's it you'll notice a much rawer overall sound. Kind of like a sport bike in the sense of that harsher "crack" in the sound. But certainly not the ricey buzzing bee or fart can. I'll try and get new recordings sometime soonish or something so you can hear it.
