About what, the install? If you haven't heard, I'm looking into suing this guy for my $760 plus whatever legal fees it takes to get my money back. It just sucks that in the town I'm in right now, no attorneys no how to handle online stuff, damn old people.

I'm trying. I can take him to small claims court here for $117, then he can ask to have it moved to florida. But I talked to the judge and I know I would win, and he told me I can sue him for whatever I want. I just have to mail him a letter first saying if he doesn't pay me now, I will take him to court. THen he has 10 days to respond. I just don't want to go to florida during the semester. I have a hard enough time in my classes when I'm here. But I will let everyone know how things go. So I guess this will go from the twin throttle body thread to the Sue the crap out of A2 thread.

Thanks. I'm contacting an attorney again tomorrow and mailing a letter to Phillip telling him that if he doesn't want to settle this out of court in 10 days, I will be taking him to court. I will keep letting you all know how it goes. And after it's over, I will gladly provide anyone else screwed over by him the "instructions" on how to do it yourself.

also what happened with getting someone to go see him? I'm gonna be up in Orlando in May, if you need me too i can track him down and pay him a visit.

 

If you want you can. He didn't respond to my 2 myspace messages, 4 or 5 emails, about 20 pms on here and his forums (before he banned me), and he doesn't answer his phone. We will now see if he gets mail.
