Yeah, it would be small claims, and will cost $114. Good point about the website, I didn't think about him not having proof either. After spring break (starts this friday), I will know eaxactly when and if I go through with this. Most likely I will. Keep the input coming, lol I like what I'm hearing.

 

OK, back in business. I found a thread here with the pictures from his website of the twin TBs. I also got an email from him admitting that I was supposed to get a fuel rail. Those were basically the two things I was worried about not having. So now that he is ignoring my emails again, I guess it will take a lawsuit to get contact from him again. Just to keep you all updated.

 

Also, I am looking for pictures of a ported and stock 4G93 and ported and stock 4G94 manifolds just for reference and comparison. I also need the measurements for each, so if anyone has any of that they could post here or PM me it would really help out. Thanks

 

I have a stock 4G94 manifold that I can take some pics of if you want. There's pics of a ported one on here, I think greenpsycho took them.

 

OK, I got plenty of pics of stock vs ported from a few different places and of both manifolds. But if it's no hassle, could you take a good shot of the throttle body flange opening? Thats the one area I couldn't find a good shot of. I just want to be able to place side by side shots of mine and stock manifolds to show he didn't do any sort of porting. Thanks a lot.

lol yeah, I have about 7 pages of pictures to compare manifolds, ported, stock etc. Pictures of his set off his website. a few emails, a billion pms from here, my receipt from paypal, and a whole other manilla folder of stuff against him. I really just want him to know he can't get away with this ****, especially not for that much money.

 

Haha damn I just watched that judge judy video. She ripped on that ladies husband and her kids. I need to get on that show for this. So why did the lady win $5000? Do you think that was all the costs she spent to go to court?
