Well its too high for me. but after that just about all you need is some custom piping and stuff like that. I am not an expert on this turbo stuff so I may be wrong.

if you got the kit pictured, you will be getting what is in the pic. Thats a little over 2 grand. You still need a manifold, piping, intercooler and everything else. There's 2 other kits out there now that come complete (one is complete, the other doesn't have an FMU) for $2500 and $1500. ICed and all. But if you want a turbo, you could have a shop custom piece one together for about 2 grand, but installation will be about the same.

Doubt it. Not with TIAL external wastegate and all the high quality parts including a real Garrett turbo, not Chinese knockoff turbo and not with 30 pages of instructions etc...

custom turbo kit with a tubular manifold big 16 is about 4-5K actually installed. it depends where you go..custom turbo piping installed from a shop is about 300-500 dollars.
