Well the stage 2 for you sounds like you paid a crap load of money to have someone else spray it with high heat protectant. Mine at least has another throttle body attached to it. But yeah, my only real problem now is the fuel rail. Anyone know where I could get an 02-03 fuel rail for cheap by tomorrow since phillip decided I didn't need one? I can only go today and tomorrow without the car. I have a party to go to on thursday and a 4 hour drive to san antonio on friday.

OK, here are some pics now.
This is how close the holes on the fuel rail are but don't line up perfect.

Here is the space behind the manifold (if you can see it)

And here is the reason I have to get new piping. The pipe is too big even for the throttle body, this is going to be a ***** to fix.

But here is the manifold installed

Cut the hole brackets used to attach the fuel rail to the manifold and move them to desired location. Use JBWeld to attach them to the rail in the proper location and then use screws to attach the rail to the manifold.
Buy an intake coupler reducer to attach the piping to the throttle body.
You can find the intake couple reducer at any performance shop, maybe at pepboys too.
Good luck

when you fix the fuel rail you can get it to run without the second TB. Leave it in place and cover the opening with a rubber pipe cap (or any rubber for that matter) and a hose clamp. with the other side hooked up like normal you should be able to run around like normal. this buys you time to figure out what to do with the piping.
I think behind the Manifold will be your best bet. just place the T pipe on the factory TB and build from there.
Also i dont think that there will be any tuning issues. Your not increasing the amount of air just reducing the vacuum and lag. Your increasing your throttle response.
Let me know if you have more questions. I did something like this on a Jeep 4.0L

I ghetto rigged the fuel rail on so the car runs. Also, I didn't block off the second TB and it still runs fine. But if I touch the second one or it opens at all, the car shuts off, so it will be ok for now. I'll work on the PVC routing tomorrow
I don't know much about this sort of thing, but isn't using PVC for piping or having an unplugged TB on one side a little risky? Is there any possibility that some bad junk can get sucked in there?
I think it's great you're being creative and trying something new, but I feel like it might not end well given all of the issues with the "kit."
