Fujita SRI?
If you refuse to accept any dyno sheet except ones that show exactly what you're expecting, you're going to be arguing for a long time.
This isn't the place for a dyno discussion, but I seem to constantly see you bashing on dyno results. Now, I'm always the first in line to bash on corporate dyno results, but at some point you have to accept that you aren't going to see the same picture-perfect result on every dyno sheet.

I guess I better buy one of those MAF resisters off ebay too. They have dynos that show gains of 20hp.
No, I only refuse to accept company dynos and magic dynos that are pulled off other unknown sites. It just seems odd how all those that have posted dynos are realitizely in the same area. And then someone post a a number thats 20+ more than the rest of us. I guess you can say I like to raise the BS flag alot.

You obviously didn't scroll down far enough on eBay because if you did, you'd of seen the MAF resistor that nets 45 HP!!11!!

sounds exactly the same and if i was a betting man i would bet it works just as good.
save 110 bucks and get some home-engineering out of it.

Mazda 3 intake for 50$ is a waste of time and money , seriously just a good filter like k&n or AEM or fujita is 50$ and now add another 50 for the tubes and time to modify . The fujita also looks better and actually sits better in the engine bay then the mazda 3 . I got my fujita SRI for 179$ and its all worth the extra 80$ , better looking , fits bolt on , and probebly puts out better numbers on a dyno .
other than the fact that right before the filter it makes a 70 degree turn away from the engine the intake is essentially the same...
its all about marketing... i probably should of paid the extra 80 dollars for the license plate holder... damn it !

I wouldn't even put an eBay intake on my car specifically made for my car...much less spend the time to modify one to make it fit.
engine light fujita sri
I got it gentelmen today or i should say yesterday yeah thursday got home and on my door step nice orange Fujita box OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHH installed it right away took bout 20min i took pics but i'll post later today cuz just too lazy right now and i'll throw some video.
did yours work fine?
any tips?
checked all clamps they are all done tightly..
what could be the problem?
i re-disconnected battery and it went away for awhile after 20-30km of dirving it came back on
oh dear, thats not a good, your check engine light should come on, if your install was perfect then you should reset the battery. (disconnect pump the brake so that the hydrolics suck the last bit of power out of the ecu capcitors.)
If you still got a light coming on i would ask Fujita for instructions.
if you have a scanner tool from canadian tire you should get the code.
hard to say what the fault could be.

the maf sensor is sittin properly on it..
there is only one way it can go in, and i screwed it in as tight as possible..
arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
i dont think theirs an airleak bec everything seems to be clamped down properly..
the engine light did not come on until an hour later or so..
additionally, i did unplug my battery again and made sure all clamps are done properly.. reconnected the battery and the light was gone then 20-30 km later it started goin on again!

I read on another forum that a person had a similar problem, but was fixed by not pushing the filter on all the way. I assume if you put the filter to deep onto the pipe, it will limit air flow. Worth a try.
im so frustrated , i have a lot of driving to do and its snowing 35cm here.. dont really wanna screw my engine up..
