I've constantly read that eBay items are trash when it comes to car parts, but I was wondering if the cold air intakes/short ram intakes are any good offa ebay? Do they make the car less efficient or more efficient? faster/slower? etc.

if so, what do you recommend?

i have found things on ebay to be pretty helpful, but I'm not sure about the intakes!
