2.4 evo?

hey i was reading in a MotorTrend and they did a report on the new 4B11 T for the evo and at the last few paragraghs stated that it the rally rules changed on the engine size mitsu would make a 2.4 mivec EVO. has anyone heard anything on that or is the EVO gonna stay 2.0?

but seriously what do you think the stock power of a 2.4L EVO would be? 350+

Evo has always been and probably always be a 2.0L i dont think they have any plans on changing it. if it were to happen the hp wouldnt be that high either, the STis in japan are 2.0L but the ones in america are 2.5 both rated around the same hp. the higher displacement dosent always mean better performance in all areas.
