Compatible fuel rails?
if your rebuilding your engine you might as well b e the first to try it out. Build your engine as strong as you can so you won't have to worry about blowing it. Then upgrade the tranny and who knows, maybe you'll be the first lancer to break 300whp or even 400whp.

haha i got 288 whp, im sure with pistons and rods it can be done eeeeeasily. when i was getting my motor replaced, I wanted to, and would have, swap in a stock evo short block and go from there, but I couldnt
.....so I want to do pistons and rods for now, and eventually, maybe next summer, have enough to do the block swap....so im not rebuilding it "fully" yet haha
